Mario Kart

 

Mario Kart-Another fun activity Brooke found out about during spring break.  She has always had fun playing on the FIT and playing the dance games during gym class.  I randomly told her she would like Mario Kart.  She played it over and over with Tim. 

Egg Coloring

Spring break arrived and we started off coloring eggs for Easter.

 

Lindsey wanted more eggs to color and would pretty much drop them right in.  We had to watch for the splash.

She loved looking at all the colors

Playground play

 

When the weather breaks and the sun shines we are ready to head outside.  Even if winter coats are still necessary.  The way we see is at least the snow suits aren't a necessity at this point.  Brooke played at the playground with a few of her friends for hours.  Now I will have to remind her of this picture every time she tries to convince us that she is afraid of height.  I think not girly.

DSAGT Easter Party

Today was the annual Easter party with the DSAGT.

I am not sure if Lindsey will ever get sick of Elmo.  That furry red monster has been popular around my house for a very long time.  She thought it was pretty funny to look in the mirror and see that Elmo was on top of her head.

Walleye Game

Tim headed downtown for a Toledo Walleye game with the girls and the DSAGT friends.

Brooke happy to see Spike and he was pouting since she wouldn't let him steal her candy.

Jenna 9 Months

Jenna is 9 Months! 

Her birthday will be here before I know it.

She has been on antibiotics for an ear infection and hasn't been her smiling self.  I am wondering if there isn't a tooth involved with all the crabby.

Rough Week

 

It has been a rough week as the flu has passed through the house. Miserable and tired is the only way to describe how you feel.  Brooke is the only one that has managed to stay healthy.  Lindsey was getting aerosols and continues antibiotics.  Jenna has joined the antibiotic group with an ear infection to top it off.  Spring can't get here fast enough.  I am ready to open up these windows and let the house breath some fresh air.

A sign of change

I have been cleaning out and going through things in short spurts. One thing I did was carry the rock n play down to the basement with the rest of the baby gear Jenna has already outgrown. It sat in a corner of my room for so long now and hasn't been used in months. Well maybe used to hold a pile of blankets or clean clothes once in a while.  I wanted to see just how big Jenna looked in it now.  My oh my how fast Jenna did grow.
